Glowyn "Glory"- Glory was that very heavy (?1350 lbs) at 14.3 HH mare. She was another mare we could put anyone on, but she wasn't the trail horse or broodmare we wanted in the end, being extremely drafty and course headed, so we sold her to a home that wanted a mare to ride in their own arena and pasture.

Blakie 2386-B dob 5/22/1996 14.2 HH NFHR
s- Rusten (Canada)
d- Dahldatter
Blakka is a solid mare and a pleasure to ride for a moderate to advanced rider, but wasn't a good match for my husband whom she was intended for as a trail horse. So she was sold to the midwest before we moved from Oregon to Washington to cut our loads.

Claybank's Lena NFHR and Canadian Registered DOB 4/16/1996
s- Ritter
d- Sage
We had purchased Lena when she was in foal with Elina (see below).
Lena was sold ONLY because of our out of state move from Oregon to WA and we had to cut round trips. She was only 13.1 hh but a powerhouse and I could put anyone on her. She was trail ride and driving mare supreme and was great with children too.

DECEASED TBF Delikat NFHR Registered, DNA, Microchipped dob 7/20/2007 Deceased summer 2019 14.1 HH
S- Qvadmann- grey
D-Lena III
It breaks my heart to still think about my Delikat. This mare picked me as I was looking at her to pick her. I brought her home at 2 1/2 years old to start our adventure together. Quick to learn, REELY nice movement and bomb proof as well as attention seeking fit her well. And her mischievous streak! If she could reach it through her stall door or her pasture she would drag it in and trash it. Halters, a saddle rack (I have nooo idea how she got that in her stall!) and more she was happy as a clam if she could be carrying stuff in her mouth and then destroy it later. She also liked to paw in her water (thanks for getting your water dirty AGAIN Deli), and even dropped with me a couple of different times in a pond to roll (notice there wasn't a third time!). Funny streak and all this was a very cherished mare. I trail rode her, dressage lessoned and trained on her and drove her. Complications developed while she was away from home and we never got a straight answer from the clinic (different employees gave different answers to our breeder) and we were never billed. Suspicious to say the least. I miss my silly girl but will be reunited with her in Heaven.

Fir Meadow Elko Elina dob 6/19/2015
s- D+ Elko 15 HH and about 1400 lbs registered CFHA
d- Claybanks Lena registered NFHR and CFHA
We purchased Elina 'in utero' when we purchased her dam. The breeding was advertised as registerable by her breeder, but we found out that this breeding came under newer rules that made Elina ineligible for registration. Too bad, this was a beautiful filly that we were planning on keeping for my husband for a trail horse. Elina was bombproof even as a young filly, quick to learn and loved her people. She was sold with her dam when we had to cut back our herd to prepare for our move from Southern Oregon to NW Washington State. The last we heard Elina is now in Japan.

Fir Meadow Tsjalle Majestetiske "Tis-kah'" dob 4/9/2020 NFHR registered, microchipped, DNA
Carries one grey recessive gene for color
s- Tsjalle -grey imported sire from Germany - pulls sleds in the snow, dressage, movement, producing high quality progeny
d- LHF Jasmine double/single driving, dressage, movement, producing high quality progeny Evaluated a very high red at 78.
WOW NATURAL MOVEMENT! Charming, bold and curious. Calm but full of energy! Learns quickly and loves people and has even stolen a glove out of my husband's back pocket. His name means Majestic in Norwegian and that he is. This lovely colt could go many directions and is looking for that home to love him and guide him into a great long term friendship. He is being handled daily and has been started on ponying with his dam. His sire's genetics are largely unrelated to nearly every fjord in the United States, so he could go far and if bred to mares with one or two grey genes he can produce grey for you (50% to 75% chance).
Congratulations Wendy in Western Washington for your new youth riding program steed!
